Aloha Friday #21

Welcome to this week's edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day they take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So on Fridays at Wade's World I take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I'll ask a simple question for you to answer - nothing that requires a lengthy response!
For more Aloha Friday, visit Kailani at Island Life.

I've been determined to lose all my baby weight as quickly as possible this time around. So far I've done really well and am only about 5 lbs from where I was when I found out I was pregnant with #3. I still have a good ways to go before I'll be where I was when we got married and that's always the goal, right! Wedding Day Weight!

To help me reach that goal, I've ordered
Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer. I know people who swear by his P90X so I'm hoping this condensed version will help me get going down to Wedding Day Weight.

So for today's question...

What's your favorite way to exercise?

Honestly...i hate exercising after being forced to in athletics for 5 years..but lifting weights is probably what I would choose.

I hate it....it's a chore, but a necessary one. I wish chasing my little toddler counted!

Try Lindsay Brin's postnatal bootcamp! It is quick and a but kicker. I also liek to run a lot but the video is great for when you can't get out of the door!

I actually have a lot of fun on my wii fit but don't pull it out often enough!

Ugh! I hate exercising and I rarely make the effort. I also like my Wii Fit, but I don't take the time to do it very often. :-(

Walking as briskly as I can down the school's hallways with all 19 students in tow when we go anywhere in the school. "Walk with purpose" is what I always say...
