Pray

Not sure who will read this in the next 24 hours, but thought I'd post anyway.

Maverick was admitted to the hospital this afternoon for some respiratory issues. They tested for RSV and it came back negative. Right now he's got an IV of sugar,salt and potassium to make sure he stays hydrated and has some oxygen going into his nose to keep his oxygen levels up during the night. So pray for his little body to fight away whatever it is that's keeping him from breathing normally. Hopefully they'll give us the results of all the other tests they've run either tonight or in the morning.

Pray for his mommy, too! This was a shocker to the system and as strong as I try to be nothing is as difficult as seeing your baby connected to tubes. God is always faithful and He will be through this, too. Jake's mom is at the hospital with him right now so I could come home and get some clothes to go back and spend the night. We're not sure when we'll come home. I'm hoping tomorrow. The Pediatrician will be back in the morning to check on him so we should have a better idea of what we're dealing with then. Until then, please pray for us as I know so many of you do already.
