3 Years Ago Today

Today we celebrated Bailey's 3rd birthday! It's hard to believe he's blessed our lives for 3 years already. I really do remember those hours before he made his grand entrance into this world like it was just yesterday!

I do often wonder how this sweet little baby....

could become this wild and crazy kid!

This is his 'shif' tank that his daddy picked out for him for his birthday. So far we've had 2 casualties! Thank goodness 'goshif' are only 12 cents a piece. Bailey's not been phased by the deaths. He actually saw my friend Summer and I fishing the casualties out of the fish tank this afternoon and didn't bat an eye. I just hope the one that's left can make it through the night or we may be getting a puppy. Although, if you know our track record with puppies, it's not much better - seriously. (Poor Duke)

We had a very small celebration for Bailey this afternoon with our friends the Puleos, my Thursday afternoon Sonic happy hour buddies! They have 3 boys so it's always lots of fun when we get together to play. Bailey doesn't really grasp this whole party concept so we figured the fewer, the better!
