This weekend, Maverick decided he would spend hours looking at our Polar Express book. I don't normally keep it within their reach because I don't want them to destroy it so he got to look at it under careful supervision. He's following right in Bailey's footsteps with a growing obsession for trains. Just imagine the battles we fight every day!
I couldn't resist posting a picture of the sweet, spirited child. He's finally getting back to the point where he'll say cheese and actually look at the camera to have his picture taken.
Maverick wore one of my favorite outfits to church Sunday. I couldn't get him to stand still to get a good picture of his corduroy pants and all, but here's his bright, blue eyed smile in his turtleneck and dog sweater. Isn't he cute? If only his cuteness outweighed his wildness! It used to, but not any more!!!

Thanks so much for the beautiful pictures and the video. It sure helps a GG & Paw so far away when they can here that sweet voice. He is doing so well with his talking. I am so glad they are enjoying looking at their Polar Express book. It is the perfect book for two little boys that love trains. We love you all!!!! Less than 41 days till we get there. I'm so glad to see that Bailey and Maverick both love books. They are the two most beautiful boys in the world. Wish Grammy & Pop could see them before Christmas.
Hey!! I just realized Jake's sitting on your bed but that isn't your bedspread! Did you redecorate??
